The Salty Cow opened in West Chester in 2020 with a simple idea: make really good comfort food and a sweet finish easy to find. From stacked burgers and fresh-from-the-brick-oven pizza to homemade ice cream, we’re all about doing the classics right and bringing the neighborhood together over great food.

Two stops, one brand
West Chester is the full sit-down experience — restaurant menu, patio seating, the works. Glen Mills is all about the ice cream, with homemade scoops, milkshakes, and Dole Whip.
